Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VibeCut (the "Service"), operated by Twig Softwares ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VibeCut lets you upload video and image footage and edit it into short-form "reels" using our timeline editor, captioning, branding, and rendering tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Free plan and paid plan

New accounts receive 5 free reels for the lifetime of the account. This count only increases as reels are created — deleting a project or reel does not restore free quota. Once the free quota is used, continued reel creation requires an active VibeCut Pro subscription, billed at ₹399 per month via Razorpay. VibeCut Pro auto-renews monthly until cancelled.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the footage, images, audio, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use Your Content, including any third-party music, footage, or likenesses.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twig Softwares is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
